Worked from home with
minimum of supervision. Cisco provided laptop
and log in name to Cisco VPN. Able to access UNIX servers, PERL scripts, Web
Publisher, etc., via VPN. All contact with SMEs,
Manager and fellow writers also performed via VPN.

Wrote TrendE Orders System (web ordering tool) Distributor User
Guide and Order Management User Guide. TrendMicro furnished username/password combination to enable
log on to beta system. Logged on to system, determined purpose of each command,
and wrote detailed step-by-step procedures for end user. E-mailed review copies
to company, incorporated review comments and provided final Word and HTML copies
to customer via e-mail. Project was completed on time and within budget.
